What happens next

  • We acknowledge your referral and confirm current availability.
  • We review needs, risks and group dynamics as part of our matching process.
  • We arrange a professionals discussion and, where appropriate, a visit or transition plan.
  • We confirm the placement plan, staffing ratio and support arrangements in writing.
