Referrals and enquiries

We accept planned and emergency referrals for young people aged 7–17. Share the details and our leadership team will respond promptly with an honest matching assessment.

We believe the physical environment plays an important role in helping young people feel safe, settled and secure. Our homes are carefully selected and thoughtfully designed to feel warm, comfortable and genuinely homely, creating spaces where young people can relax, express themselves and develop a real sense of belonging.

No two young people arrive at Amberley with the same experiences, needs or ambitions. Their care is therefore never approached in the same way. Individual care plans, risk assessments, routines and support strategies are developed around the young person and continually reviewed as their needs, strengths and aspirations evolve.

For many young people, stability is the foundation from which everything else becomes possible. Consistent relationships, predictable routines and carefully planned support can help young people begin to feel safe and develop trust. Our focus is not simply on maintaining a placement, but on creating the conditions in which that placement can succeed.

Positive outcomes are rarely achieved by one service alone; it takes a village. We work closely with social workers, commissioners, families, education providers, health professionals and wider support networks to create a coordinated approach around each young person. Open communication and accessible leadership allow concerns, progress and changing needs to be addressed quickly.
